Special Events include but are not limited to: Solstice, Graduation and Fiesta. All rates subject to all "Non-Holiday" reservation and cancellation policies, including our 7-day "Non-Holiday" cancellation policy and the $25 reservation fee per room reserved if reservation is cancelled anytime before the guaranteed period, "7 days before arrival date".
